For question #2.... It does not matter if they are all boys or a mix of boys and girls. They fight and it is them cooperating with each other to drive us parents out of our mind.
As for question #3 about the dishwasher.... think about it... if they load it correctly then they would not get a reaction out of you. They find that fun.... hence the answer to question #2.
Question #4 I definitely feel you with this one. I wish there was enough to cover the bills, food and other necessities.
Sorry you are dealing with idiots at the urgent care. We need to make you a pin that says "I have a skin condition so please don't tell me it again!"
As for question #6.... I will tell my kids that today is my day and I want at least an hour. If you bug me during that hour I will make your life horrible. (might even have some fun embarrassing you when you do not expect it) Then I make the time longer and longer until I get a whole 8 hours. LOL (has not happened yet but getting there)
As for your paying bills... pay the necessities... then look at your list of bills and pay the lowest one in full or pay a payment to the one with the highest interest first.
As for your temps... I would gladly send you a little of our heat... we will be in the 100's this weekend. Or you just come down for a visit. LOL Our kids could keep each other company. LOL
